These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Clarady (“we,” “our,” “us”), a service provided by Clarady LLC, a California limited liability company. By accessing or using our web and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Clarady.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Clarady. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

To access Clarady, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

3. Services Provided

Clarady is a web and mobile application offering emotional intelligence tools, assessments, and AI-powered insights. Our patent-pending frameworks, including InnerArc™, Emotional Variance Intelligence (EVI) model, and Conflict Co-Pilot™, are designed to help you understand and improve your patterns of emotional processing and connection.

Clarady does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The Services are for personal growth and self-awareness only.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • New users receive their first three insights free.

  • Continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Refunds: If you purchase a subscription and do not use any insights, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase. After that, all fees are nonrefundable. One-time purchases and upgrades are not refundable.

  • Pricing and features are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes that affect your account.

5. Content & Data

  • To generate accurate insights, Clarady stores some personal and emotional data, such as quiz results, reflections, and interaction history.

  • Clarady will never make your personal data public without your explicit permission.

  • You may choose to share your InnerArc™ or Conflict Co-Pilot™ results with others through in-app features. Sharing is entirely optional and controlled by you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, algorithms, and trademarks in the Services—including InnerArc™, Emotional Variance Intelligence (EVI) model, Conflict Co-Pilot™, and related tools—are the exclusive property of Clarady LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use Clarady for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Services.

  • Share, sell, or misuse any content generated by Clarady outside of personal use.

8. Disclaimers

Clarady is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice. We make no guarantees about personal or relational outcomes. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Clarady LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Services. You may stop using Clarady at any time by closing your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
